Your WhatsApp number must be the same as the one you registered on Cowin.Here's the steps to download Covid vaccine certificate from WhatsApp:

a. Save +91 9013151515 in your phone.

b. Open WhatsApp and send “Hi” message on the contact number.

c. After you send a message, the bot will reply with a list of areas related to Covid-19. In the list, you will see “Download Certificate”. Just type “2” and send.

d. The bot will again reply with three options. The third option says that you want to download the vaccine certificate. Send “3.”

a. Open the UMANG App. If you have not downloaded the app already, go to the play store and download the app.

1. Open Digi-Locker app, If you have not downloaded the app already, go to the play store and download the app.

2. Now go to the Registration process in the app by entering details like Name, DOB, gender, Security Pin, Mobile number, Aadhar number, and Email ID.

3. After the registration, navigate through the Central Government tab and click on the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW).

4. You will see an option labeled as “Vaccine Certificate”.
